Our conveyance and property department is headed up by co-founder Terry James Hamilton who together with his team can guide you through the process of purchasing property in Northern Cyprus. We can assist with any aspect of this field in conjunction with our commercial and company departments in respect to the formation and incorporation of Limited Liability companies for large scale investors and developers. We can advise on any of the following issues: title deeds, title transfers, planning, boundary disputes, re-sales, construction regulations, Government Incentives and purchase procedure. Out with the legal areas our property team can offer candid and honest advice on all facets of purchasing property in Northern Cyprus from pet migration to becoming a resident yourself.
